Having worked with Positec Power Tools on their Worx brand for a couple of years, they approached us to come up with a refreshing new exhibition stand design as they looked to build on the Worx brand in the UK.

Positec were going to be exhibiting at the RHS Hampton Court flower show, one of the world’s biggest annual flower shows, with over 130,000 people attending each year.

The design encompassed all of this, using reclaimed timber scaffold panels, reclaimed sleepers, pea shingle and bark to create the garden effect we wanted. The finishing touches were just as important with a rustic bird box, old pots & tools, a second-hand bistro set and prints for branding finished with a sun-bleached effect all included in the finished stand.

Due to the RHS being a charity they stipulate that a percentage of any materials used on the stand are either recycled or reclaimed. With this in mind and the objective of raising their brand profile, Positec collected all the wood from the stand and used it to build planters at a local care home. A great piece of community PR activity

The stand was a great success overall, it looked great and accomplished the client’s objectives of reaching their desired audience in the right environment. To top things off the stand was also awarded a 4-Star trade stand award by the RHS.
