HOW IT WORKS

CHECK IN

Everything you need for your events and exhibitions come in to our warehouse. All items are thoroughly checked and cleaned. Should we find any faults your dedicated Project Manager will report this to you immediately to avoid any nasty surprises on your next event.

INVENTORY

All of your items are carefully catalogued, photographed, and assigned a location in our secure warehouse. This ensures everything is kept together in one place, fully managed by us, and ready for you to book online when you need it.

ORGANISE

High value or frequent use items are assigned a unique barcode. The data is uploaded to our system so you can keep track of everything at any given time. If we think things are running low, we will let you know.

GO ONLINE

A password protected portal is created for you on our website. Within this, you can browse what stock we hold and what quantities are available. It is also possible to see additional stock In2Events hold for hire. If there’s something extra you need then just let us know and we’ll source it for you.

Click the shopping cart icon to select the date range and times you wish to reserve items for.

Browse and add what you need to the cart, much like any other online retail store.

After completing check out, you will receive a notification of your order and our helpful logistics team will give you a call to confirm the booking. Once confirmed, our team will ensure everything is ready to go for your event.
