New Eco-Friendly Exhibition Materials

As budgets tighten, the emphasis on being ‘green’ tends to take a bit of a hit, so you’ll be pleased to hear about a brand new exhibition material that will lift the weight off your corporate conscience and your budget.
As well as being great for event banners, the brand new eco-friendly material is fully recyclable and a very cost-effective solution for your exhibition graphics.
It’s easy to use and install, therefore suitable for both long running events and one off campaigns.
The economical polyethylene starts at just £4.50 a metre, yet it’s three times stronger than more expensive PVC, which means a longer life span and potential savings to be made.
The material even stays eco-friendly when custom printed, as the ink used is solvent free, conserves resources and diverts waste from landfills.
Plus, it’s lightweight and easy to clean, so it’s as hassle free as your usual banners.
Tips to maximise the impact of your exhibition stand – and more importantly generate ROI!
Whilst many companies cut back on their exhibition and event budgets, now more than ever it’s important to keep proactive, and with the competition easing off – why not take advantage and get your offering even more recognition?
  • Produce a concise objective to ensure that your message and offering is delivered clearly
  • Create an experience to engage with your prospects and stand out from your competitors
  • Seek advice to make the most of lighting, electrical equipment such as LCD TVs, theme and textures
Who’s doing what – Event Insurance Services
Event Insurance Services are currently carrying out their exhibition programme for 2009. To ensure a smooth and successful exhibit, they enlisted complete event management and fulfilment services.
A bespoke stand that was fresh, modern and versatile was required. The stand needed a high finish that could be used across a number of different shows with different stand footprints.
Event Insurance Services wanted to showcase their range of products whilst establishing their brand at each show. After listening carefully to the brief, unique and relevant concepts were created. The chosen design involved the use of an oversized light box wall, 3D lettering and high level LCD screen which helped to define and reinforce the brand amongst their competitors.
The success of the project was down to the use of an event management team that were able to provide the full service in-house – guaranteeing complete control and thorough organisation, leaving Event Insurance Services to concentrate on the bigger picture.
