Publication Company Showcase
Brief
In 2 Events were approached by a leading financial publications firm to put on a two showcase events for their brand and the range of titles. The events were required to run for a full day and needed to be set in prestigious London venues. We were required to source somewhere that could accommodate 300 delegates in one room with a breakout area that would host a mini exhibition.
Solution
First things first, the venues! We looked at a few options but we finally settled on the Royal Opera House and Vinopolis. These were both very prestigious venues within the city with great appeal to the invited guests. The day was to start at 9am so installation of the event space and exhibition area would need to be overnight due to the time restraints and also the performance timings at the Royal Opera House. The team worked through the night and into the early hours to deliver and open the doors to the delegates for a welcome a welcome pastry and coffee. In 2 Events provided all the theming of the venues, audio visual services and management of the event.
Result
Two great events at two great venues. Two focussed events were delivered within a week of each and the client reached over 600 delegates as well as offering some long time business relationships from the networking events.
