Mobile Phone Company, Directors Meeting
Brief
T-Mobile contacted in 2 Events to assist with their annual management meeting that was scheduled to take place in London. The attendees would be travelling from across Europe to attend the event; having them all in one place was a rare occasion so a programme of conference and presentation time balanced with fun and culture was required. The event would run over two days and onsite management of all logistics was required.
Solution
In 2 Events suggested the Athenaeum Hotel in London as a base for the event, it had fantastic meeting facilities and a great location opposite Hyde Park which was favoured by the attendees, most of whom enjoyed an early morning run or cycle. We produced a full programme of activities for the group including: private dining at Corrigan’s Restaurant, a Ribs experience on the Thames, wine and cheese tasting at Vinopolis and tickets to see a West End show. As an added extra the transport between each activity was organised in a ‘luxury land yacht’ complete with limo style seating, and all the modern conveniences one could hope for – including a Champagne and drinks bar and Playstation!
Result
The participants of this event all knew what they didn’t want to do but at the same time they weren’t sure what they wanted to do! The group consisted of a number of European Director level guests and all tastes had to met. The event was a huge success and In 2 Events won the business on our ability to understand a brief and deliver.
