Google DeepMind set us an incredible challenge to create a research-based event worthy of worldwide interest that would create an historical milestone in AI development and change the perception of AI behaviour and capability.
Following on from the success of the events that In 2 Events managed in 2015 in Brussels and Birmingham, Autodesk asked us to organise the 2016 roadshow of events for their European Construction and Rail customers.
Ingram Micro approached In2Events with a requirement to provide a fully managed event solution for their 'IM ONE' 2015 conference and exhibition. The event needed to go to the next level, with increased visitor numbers and on a much larger scale.
Intralinks tasked In2Events with planning their EMEA Sales kick-off for 2016. They had not outsourced this event to an agency before and wanted help with all elements of the event from venue sourcing, online registration, print, branding, giveaways, transfers and onsite management.
The plan was to launch the incentive in the early part of the year with the trip to happen in November. In2Events were chosen to plan the full trip along with onsite management to ensure smooth running of the whole event.
In 2 Events were tasked by TalkTalk Business to provide a full service event management solution and find a fun, exciting venue on the South Coast of the UK that would entice their audience to travel to be part of their Direct and Partner Symposiums in January 2016. The venue for the event needed to have good accessibility from major motorways and also good flight routes.

We were tasked with finding a central London hotel with a variety of meeting space that could accommodate us over the period of a week and have enough rooms for everyone to stay on site.
As a worldwide brand, Oracle Primavera wanted to be able to connect with their customers and update them on their progress and plans for the future as well as having an open forum to discuss challenges and customer experiences of the Oracle Primavera products. After recent growth and expansion throughout Africa, they decided to hold their first User Conference in South Africa.
Yum International, the umbrella company of KFC approached In 2 Events in need of a bespoke team incentive itinerary to be created and implemented in May 2015. The fast food chain wanted to arrange a trip for 20 of their KFC staff members from central and eastern Europe to come together in a destination within a 2-3 hour flight time of the UK for a 3 day incentive.
Having worked with GDF SUEZ on this event last year, In 2 Events were re-appointed to put together the UK Sales Convention for 2014. As with last year the event had to be in London, with the majority of delegates flying in from Paris and Belgium as well as from the UK. This year attendee figures rose from 125 to 150, so the venue had to be able to accommodate for this number.
