BRIEF:
We were asked to provide the complete solution for Tesco and for a Supplier Day. Tesco wanted to present a number of options to their re-sellers and let them choose what they wanted to do. They also wanted us to create menus, signage and manage the event on the day.
SOLUTION – 'Military Day'
We wanted to offer something different and Tesco expressed a keen interest in to a hands on approach to their supplier day, and we didn’t disappoint with the Military Day option. We found a 126 acres of land in Oxfordshire countryside that could accommodate us and let us drive tanks around like mad men, and women all day. Add to this a fantastic spread in the morning and at lunch and everyone’s happy.
The hotel of choice was The Randolph which acted as a great base between the day event and the evening activities.
Once people had scrapped the mud away from themselves and refreshed and refreshed we treated them to a short coach ride for an exclusive dinner at Blenheim Palace. We put on some fantastic food, music and entertainment for them.
The finale of the evening was a psychic entertainment show – I’m sure the guests will be still be talking about the show until the next one!!
