BRIEF:
We were approached by Primavera to look in to options and a platform to deliver their 25th Anniversary event. The event would be for 600 people over two days and required to be located within central London. We were also tasked with accommodating;oftware clinic areas, breakout sessions, large catering
area, exhibition space, main room for meeting and seperate area for a gala dinner, as well as a large amount of bedrooms.
SOLUTION:
i2e first looked in to finding a venue that could accommodate the group and meet all of Primavera’s requirements. We chose to work at the Riverbank Park Plaza, London. i2e provided AV solutions across four floors of event space and conference areas, all relevant entertainment, provided a range of branding around the venue and within the exhibition areas.i2e also developed a bespoke online registration system for the guests and managed all expectations for the client
and their delegates. To top a perfect event off each guest was given a personalised gift based on a novelty toy from the 1980’s.
A very successful event with great feedback from all parties involved. Delegate feedback response from our post evaluation survey was rated to be ‘excellent’. Following the success of this event i2e have continued to fulfil all the requirements of Primavera, nationally and internationally.
