BRIEF:
Event Insurance Services, the UK’s premier event insurer, contacted In 2 Events to help them create a new exhibition stand. Event Insurance had an existing stand they used for exhibitions but wanted some new ideas - modern, sleek and in line with their company values.
There were a couple of key requirements for the stand; it had to display all of the 11 products the company offered, a storage area and most importantly, they wanted ideas on how to capture new business leads onsite at exhibitions. Logistics and installation for each exhibition would also be required.
SOLUTION:
In 2 Events provided Event Insurance with several ideas for their new exhibition stand and after a couple of amendments a final design was agreed.
To help keep the stand spacious it was decided that all 11 products would be presented via a rolling presentation shown on a large LCD screen. This approach ensured there was enough room on the stand for interaction with potential clients without overcrowding issues.
Storage at an exhibition is an important area that can often be overlooked, to provide Event Insurance with adequate storage the stand’s back wall design was curved; this provided the necessary storage space whilst complimenting the curve on their logo and the overall stand design.
The most important element to get right for Event Insurance was the ability to capture new business leads in a quick, easy and effective way. Their website had recently undergone a re-brand and included a tool that allowed people to submit a new enquiry so this seemed like the perfect solution. Laptops were placed on a bespoke built plinth and this acted as a reception desk to the exhibition stand. People could sit and discuss their insurance requirements; staff could then enter their contact details and enquiry via the website and this could then instantly be picked up and processed by the staff back in the office.
In 2 Events managed all the logistics for the Event Insurance exhibition stand, managing all transport and installation for each exhibition. Client feedback from the first exhibition was extremely positive and the stand continues to be used for future exhibitions.
