The Four Seasons Hampshire is a restored historic Georgian manor house, ideally situated in the English country but just an hour away from London. The hotel has also just completed an extensive enhancement program with the doors to its brand-new restaurant and bar due to open on 22nd September 2017. Wild Carrot will feature signature dishes from Executive Chef, Dirk Gieselmann, alongside contemporary British classics from Restaurant chef, Adam Falgrin.

As well as the main restaurant, Wild Carrot will also feature a private dining area for up to 25 guests and an outdoor terrace. Alongside the restaurant, The Bar will feature an exceptional menu of cocktails and artisanal concoctions, incorporating seasonal ingredients from the local area.

As part of the enhancement program, the Four Seasons Hotel will also be unveiling a redesigned Library, where guests can enjoy an afternoon tea and the addition of a striking drawing room, situated in the heart of this historic manor house.
